Tuesday - Roast chicken and sweet potatoes, peas
Wednesday - Quinoa sausage bites, roasted sweet potatoes, sauteed kale
Thursday - House church night! I'm not cooking this week
Friday - Knephle soup - A version of chicken dumpling that I grew up eating and love!
Saturday - Whole wheat penne with steak and balsamic Dijon sauce, broccoli - I recently discovered this recipe and this is already the third time I am making it. Love it!
